Q: How do I get upgrades to GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE diabetes management software?

A: In order to obtain an upgrade you must be registered on the bayerdiabetes.co.uk website.  After registration, the GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE software checks for updates on the internet every 7 days and if updates are available you will get a link to download the latest software. For users that do not have internet access, call Bayer Diabetes Support on 0845 600 6030 (UK) or 1 890 920 111 (Ireland) for full details regarding updates.


Q: Will competitive software interfere with Bayer’s GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE diabetes management software?

A: No, there are no known issues regarding interference with other software products.
