Q: What is impacting my file transfer speed?
A: The upload/download speed of personal diabetes data files depends upon file size, location of files (network, etc), computer speed and USB speed. Expect upload speeds on the order of 1 or 2 Mbit/s and download speeds up to 12 Mbit/s.
